Austin City Limits 2012 | Saturday
8:00 - 9:30 | AMD Stage
Jack White is what every up and coming musician should aspire to be. He took the end of the White Stripes in stride and his "side projects" get progressively better. Now with a solo album out we get to see what he is truly all about.
6:00 - 7:00 | Bud Light Stage
The legendary Roots crew hasn't let their day job with Jimmy Fallon slow them down one bit. They have still released albums and toured extensively. Their live set includes lots of covers and they have an extensive catalog. Always entertaining.
5:30 - 6:30 | Zilker Stage
Lee Fields is 2012's answer to James Brown and we are lucky to have him around. I first caught him on accident during SXSW when he was scheduled before Cults of all things. Not expecting much but wanting to keep a good spot I stuck around and within 2 songs I was hooked.
4:00 - 5:00 | AMD Stage
If you read this site this should be no surprise. Our love for Metric and Emily Haines in particular is no secret. This will however be our first chance to see them perform from their latest Synthetica.
3:00 - 4:00 | Honda Stage
Mississippi born Big K.R.I.T (King Remembered In Time) isn't as well known as he should be and has the distinction of being one of the few hip hop artists on this years ACL line up. But for those that have downloaded his mixtapes and are die hard fans of his live performances this is a welcome addition.
