Feist Announces U.S. Tour

In 2005, I remember stumbling upon a song "One Evening" (still one of my favorite songs) by Leslie Feist, a Canadian singer-songwriter. I proceded to sit and listen to the song over and over again. I did a little more research on her music and found out she had two solo cds, Monarch and Let It Die ("One Evening" is on here if you were wondering) and was also a member of Broken Social Scene. If I remember correctly, she was initially announced to play at ACL 2006 but somehow a few weeks later her name mysteriously disappeared. Not too many people noticed, but I was disappointed. On May 1, 2007, she released, The Reminder, which when it came out was only selling 6,000 copies per week. Her song "1234" was featured in an IPOD commercial and Time magazine even named it One of the 10 Best Songs of 2007 (#2, if you were curious). She blew up, and blew up big. Feist has announced a string of new US dates during the month of April and I wouldn't be suprised if she sold them all out. Presale starts tomorrow (2/5) with various times [Tickets Here] username: feist password: tickets
