High Noon

More and more shows are being announced for SXSW everyday. I have to admit I don't even know where to begin. The conference is getting closer and I am trying to put a really huge puzzle together. For the record I was not complaining about the line yesterday. Waterloo Ice House was serving beers in the parking lot and I made some new friends. One of whom told me a lot about Syria that I would not have otherwise known about. The wonderful crew at Filter Magazine have announced the line up for their annual event at the Cedar Street Courtyard, check out the line up from the Filter Blog:

I am really digging this band BM Linx, I was fortunate enough to get sent some of their material and have been listening to it all day. And just my luck they are in town for SXSW. You can catch them at the Co-Op Bar on March 17th. Stop by their MySpace page and give them a listen. I also made "Understanding Orange" my profile song at the Ultra8201 page.
