On a Sunday?

Okay so I'm back, I mean what else do you do when you have a great last week like I did but not post for a few days and then come back on a Sunday when the web is a ghost town. So I changed the design for the millionth time but I like this one so I will try to keep it for a while. I also added a few new things, there is a little myspace logo on the right if you want to be my friend, and for those that already are I will be more active and have some exclusive stuff for them that I will not post here so invite me it's that easy. I also added the Hype Machine for links to great mp3's.

The schedules for ACL Festival are up and the three day passes are gone. I have to give the festival credit for a very well balanced schedule. Each day stands strongly on it's own.

Filter Mag has posted their best of 2006 (so far) and I kind of agree, except Wolfmother, don't too much care for Wolfmother. Here is the list what do you think?
1. Band of Horses - Everything All The Time
2. Sound Team - Movie Monster (Austin band)
3. Built to Spill - You In Reverse
4. Belle & Sebastian - The Life Pursuit
5. Morrissey - Ringleader Of The Tormentors
6. The Sword - Age Of Winters (Austin band)
7. Cat Power - The Greatest
8. Flaming Lips - At War With The Mystics
9. Gnarls Barkley - St. Elsewhere
10. Wolfmother - Wolfmother

Arcade Fire we need you, here is an update from the band just click on the photo.

Tomorrow night: Riverboat Gamblers, Only Crime (members of Good Riddance, Bane, Descendents, Hagfish), Complete Control, Los Dryheavers at Emo's.

And I found a new great music blog, Metro Distortion, great taste in music from 3 guys who seem to be having a pretty damn good time. Check them out...
